Our best SUV models yet
It’s fair to say that Chevrolet knows a little about SUVs. We invented the class, over 70 years ago after the introduction of the ‘Suburban’ in 1936 – the world’s first ‘Sports Utility Vehicle’.
A lot has changed since then, of course. Others have imitated our designs along the way, but through constant evolution we’ve managed to stay ahead of the pack and in 2011 can boast, in our opinion, the most functional, and best-looking SUV on the market – the all-new Chevrolet Captiva.
Sporty on the outside, practical on the inside.
The Captiva’s split-front grille and sporty stance suggests impressive performance and the powerful engine options don’t disappoint. But it’s the practical side of the new Captiva that’ll really blow you away…
Those same modern engines are surprisingly economical and, inside, the Captiva is as versatile as they come. Flexible seating allows the car to transform from 7 seater car to 900 litre cargo carrier in seconds, whilst clever storage solutions are everywhere. Multiple airbags protect the ones you love, and the finish is as good as you’ll find in the class.
The new 2011 Chevrolet Captiva is a living, breathing tribute to everything we’ve learnt since 1936, and represents the very pinnacle of SUV design and value today.
