Colorado Rally Concept

The Colorado Rally Concept is a next generation midsize pickup truck. As its name suggests, it has been designed with the rally raid category – long distance off-road racing – in mind. For that reason it has a muscular, broad-shouldered design and has been built for durability and aggressive handling in rough terrain.

Driving off-road in rough terrain can be really tough. The Colorado Rally Concept includes survival features such as:

  • A hydration pack behind each seat is there to keep the driver and co-driver from getting thirsty
  • An all-important fire-extinguishing system for the passenger cabin and engine compartment
  • ‘Air boost’ system to clean the cabin after it passes through a dust cloud.

Large headlamps with LED lighting elements, Chevrolet's signature dual-port grille, a carefully sculpted hood and muscular fiberglass fenders define the Colorado's front appearance.

The AWD Colorado Rally Concept is powered by a 2.8-liter turbo-diesel engine and sports two 5.5 hp winches that have been incorporated into its front and rear bumpers.
