Fixed price servicing
With our Fixed Price Servicing programme, you pay a one-off fee dependent on your anticipated mileage. For £199 (Epica and Captiva: £299) you're covered for 3 years or 30,000 miles (whichever happens first), whilst for £399 you're covered for 3 years or 60,000 miles. So, whenever you take your car in for its service you can leave your money at home – what could be more relaxing than that?
What’s more, you can pass on what is left of the Fixed Price Servicing if you decide to sell your car. It will add credibility to your service history and enhance the resale value, as you can prove to the new potential owner that approved Chevrolet technicians using only genuine Chevrolet parts have looked after your car.
3 years Warranty Cover
Every new Chevrolet supplied by us benefits from a comprehensive 3 year/60,000mile factory warranty. This means all components are covered against manufacturing or materials defects for the full term of the warranty. The few exceptions include parts subjected to normal wear and tear, e.g. brake pads and parts changed as a matter of course through routine servicing, e.g. air filters. This warranty cover extends throughout Western Europe.
3 years Chevrolet Roadside Assistance
You can rest assured that your Chevrolet comes with 3 years roadside assistance from the AA. This cover includes: roadside recovery, transport of your vehicle to a repair centre if necessary, courtesy car provision for 48 hours or hotel accommodation if your car breaks down away from home and cannot be repaired. Emergencies on the road and at home are covered anywhere in the UK and Northern Ireland.

One last point about peace of mind, it's worth remembering that we're backed by one of the world's biggest car manufacturers, General Motors. Which means that our cars are thoroughly tested in development, are reliable and if they do go wrong, there'll be no quibbling.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.The Fixed Price Servicing of £199 (Epica and Captiva: £299) is available for the first three years or 30,000 miles whichever happens first. The Fixed Price Servicing of £399 is available for the first three years or 60,000 miles, whichever happens first. Either must be purchased within a month of taking delivery of your vehicle.
2.The Fixed Price Servicing can only be carried out by a Chevrolet Authorised Repairer in the UK to the manufacturers guidelines.
3.The servicing package covers parts and labour for the standard services as set out in your service guide.
4.The servicing package does not cover the following:
• Servicing or repairs outside mainland Britain, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands.
• Tyres and certain wearing parts which do not form part of the servicing schedule.
5. The warranty package does not cover:
• Damage faults or failure caused by:
-An accident or another external cause.
-Misuse or neglect.
-Repairs which are not carried out properly or replacement parts not installed by a Chevrolet Authorised Repairer.
-Fitting parts or accessories that have not been approved by Chevrolet.
-Using any fuel or fluids other than those recommended for the vehicle.
-Altering the vehicle from the specification at manufacture.
-Environmental conditions such as industrial fallout, salt and storm damage.
• Any vehicle on which the mileage has been changed or on which the actual mileage cannot be checked.
• Any vehicle that has been used for racing, rallying or other competitive purpose.
6.We may make changes to these Terms and Conditions and will provide as much notice as we reasonably can.
7. Fixed price servicing is available on Matiz, Aveo, Lacetti, Tacuma, Epica and Captiva.
