Chevrolet is committed to the highest standards of customer service. One of the methods we use to ensure this position is maintained throughout our network is by committing all Chevrolet dealers to subscribe and adhere to the government backed Motor Industry Code of Practice for Service and Repair. The Code commits dealers to defined standards which ensure that customers experience only the best levels of service and a ‘no surprises’ approach to pre-agreeing the work and costs with you. This then remains unaltered unless we discuss and agree any additional work with you during completion of the agreed work.
For total transparency, you can complete the Motor Codes Consumer Survey following your service or repair at a Chevrolet dealership. Make sure you do because this, along with regular RAC inspections, forms part of our continual assessment, with our customers generating the all important Motor Codes Garage Rating which we are judged upon.
We are confident that this approach and the Chevrolet commitment to customer services will ensure a positive experience at a Chevrolet dealer. But should something not be to your liking you can contact the Motor Codes Consumer Advice Line on 0800 692 0825 for independent expert advice and dispute resolution, we don’t think you’ll be needing it but it’s important to make it available for complete reassurance in our offer to you.
